CLAIM NO. E700104

ALICE F. ANDERSON, EMPLOYEE, CLAIMANT v. DOUGLAS LOMASON COMPANY (MARIANNA), EMPLOYER RESPONDENT and MICHIGAN MUTUAL INSURANCE CO., CARRIER, RESPONDENT

Before the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission
ORDER FILED FEBRUARY 26, 1999

Upon review before the FULL COMMISSION, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.

Claimant represented by JAMES MILLER, Attorney at Law, Forrest City, Arkansas.

Respondent represented by DAVID SHELTON, Attorney at Law, West Memphis, Arkansas.

[1] ORDER
[2] This matter is currently before the Commission on the Motion of James Miller to be Relieved as Counsel for Claimant. After reviewing Attorney Miller’s Motion, and all other matters properly before the Commission at this time, we find that the Motion of Mr. Miller should be granted.

[3] The record reflects that Mr. Miller advised claimant he would not longer represent her on appeal to the Court of Appeals and she has received her entire file from Mr. Miller. On December 16, 1997, claimant filed a Pro Se Notice of Appeal, appealing to the Arkansas Court of Appeals from the Opinion of the Full Commission filed November 12, 1998. Accordingly, we are satisfied that claimant has been advised of Attorney Miller’s request. Therefore, we find that Mr. Miller’s Motion should be and hereby is, granted.

[4] IT IS SO ORDERED.
