ORDER
Presently before the Commission is claimant’s Motion to Dismiss his Appeal. After consideration of claimant’s Motion and respondents’ response thereto, as well as all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that the claimant’s Motion should be and hereby is granted.

An Opinion and Order was issued by the Administrative Law Judge on August 2, 2005. Claimant filed a timely notice of appeal. Claimant now moves for the dismissal of his appeal. We find that the claimant has established good cause for dismissal of his appeal, and that this Motion should be and hereby is granted.
