[2] This case comes on for review before the Commission on claimant’s motion to remand.

[3] After our consideration of claimant’s motion, the objection filed by the Second Injury Fund and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that claimant’s motion should be denied.

[4] Accordingly, we find that claimant’s motion to remand should be, and hereby is, denied. Additionally, we direct the Clerk of the Commission to place this case on our regular submission docket for a decision concerning the dismissal of the Second Injury Fund as a party.

[5] IT IS SO ORDERED.
