ORDER
Presently before the Full Commission is the respondents’ Motion to Correct the Record wherein it requests that the Commission issue an Order correcting the record by removing the claimant’s medical evidence and the claimant’s deposition from the record. In addition, the respondents have also requested that the Commission direct that an investigation be conducted in order to explain the discrepancies in the discussion at the hearing concerning exhibits/depositions and what was later found in the record and the Commission’s file.
After consideration of the respondents’ Motion to Correct the Record, the claimant’s response thereto, the official transcript of the hearing, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that the official transcript of the hearing clearly demonstrates that the claimant’s medical evidence and deposition were not admitted into evidence. Therefore, the Full Commission hereby grants the respondents’ Motion to Correct the Record pertaining to these documents.
As to the respondents’ request for an investigation of this matter, the Full Commission finds that no evidence has been presented to support a finding of impropriety or abuse of authority, so as to warrant an investigation of any sort in this matter. Therefore, we hereby deny the respondents’ request for an investigation.
