ORDER
Presently before the Commission is respondent’s Motion to Dismiss Appeal to the Full Commission. After consideration of respondent No. 1’s motion, claimant’s response thereto, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that respondent No. 1’s motion should be granted.

On February 26, 2010, respondent No. 1 filed a Notice of Appeal of the administrative law judge’s Opinion filed January

26, 2010. On May 5, 2010, respondents No. 1 filed a motion to dismiss appeal. On May 21, 2010, the claimant’s attorney filed a response thereto advising that the respondents have paid to the claimant the amount of the administrative law judge’s award.

Accordingly, we find that respondent No. 1’s appeal should be, and hereby is dismissed.
