ORDER
This matter comes before the Full Commission on the claimant’s motion to file a belated brief. After considering the claimant’s attorney’s medical condition cited in the claimant’s motion, and the respondent’s lack of any objection to the claimant filing her brief out of time, we grant the claimant’s motion to file a belated brief. The Clerk of the Commission is directed to take this case off the Full Commission’s regular submission docket, provide the respondent’s attorney an appropriate opportunity to file a reply brief if he chooses to do so, and to thereafter resubmit the present case on the Full Commission’s regular submission docket.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
