ORDER
This case comes on for review before the Commission on respondent’s motion to dismiss its appeal to the Full Commission.

After our consideration of respondent’s motion, claimant’s agreement thereto and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that respondent’s motion should be granted.

Accordingly, we find that respondent’s motion to dismiss its appeal to the Full Commission should be, and hereby is, granted. Additionally, we remand this matter to the Administrative Law Judge for further proceedings as deemed necessary by the parties.
