ORDER
This matter is currently before the Commission on the Respondent No. 1’s motion to extend the briefing schedule.

After our consideration of the Respondent No. 1’s

motion, claimant’s, the respondent No. 2 and No. 3’s agreement thereto and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that the Respondent No. 1’s motion should be granted.

Accordingly, we find that the Respondent No. 1’s motion to extend the briefing schedule should be, and hereby is, granted. Additionally, we direct the Clerk of the Commission to establish a briefing schedule forthwith.
