[2] This matter is presently before the Commission on the claimant’s motion for an extension of time to file a brief. After considering the claimant’s motion, respondent’s agreement thereto, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that the claimant has shown sufficient circumstances justifying extension.

[3] Accordingly, we find that the claimant’s motion should be, and hereby is, granted. We direct the Clerk of the Commission to establish another briefing schedule and submission date.
