CLAIM NO. E600700
Before the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission
OPINION FILED OCTOBER 9, 1998
Upon review before the FULL COMMISSION in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
Claimant represented by the HONORABLE THOMAS G. MONTGOMERY, Attorney at Law, West Memphis, Arkansas.
Respondents represented by the HONORABLE DAVID S. WILSON, III, Attorney at Law, West Memphis, Arkansas.
[1] ORDER[2] This case comes before the Full Commission on remand from the Arkansas Court of Appeals. An administrative law judge filed an opinion on January 10, 1997, finding that the respondents shall pay all reasonable hospital and medical expenses arising out of the injury of August 24, 1995. The Full Commission affirmed the administrative law judge and adopted his findings in an opinion and order filed September 4, 1997. [3] In an opinion delivered August 26, 1998, however, the Court of Appeals found that the Commission failed to make specific findings regarding whether or not additional medical treatment received by the claimant was reasonably necessary in connection with her compensable injury. Therefore, we remand this claim to the administrative law judge to make specific findings on this issue. [4] IT IS SO ORDERED.
