[2] In the above-styled matter, the parties move the Full Workers’ Compensation Commission to stay the appeal for three months while the respondent pursues a third-party claim. After reviewing the parties’ joint motion, we find that same must be granted.

[3] Accordingly, the Full Commission grants the Joint Motion to Stay Appeal Proceedings. We direct the Clerk of the Commission to appropriately diary the case for follow-up.

[4] IT IS SO ORDERED.
