CLAIM NO. F409147

NOAH ABRAMS, EMPLOYEE, CLAIMANT v. RITTER DISPOSABLES, INC., EMPLOYER, RESPONDENT, ST. PAUL TRAVELERS INSURANCE CO., CARRIER, RESPONDENT

Before the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission
ORDER FILED AUGUST 10, 2005

Upon review before the FULL COMMISSION in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.

Claimant is not represented by counsel, but appears, pro se.

Respondents represented by HONORABLE ROBERT MONTGOMERY Attorney at Law, Little Rock, Arkansas.

ORDER
This case comes on for review before the Commission on claimant’s motion for an extension of the briefing schedule.

After our consideration of claimant’s motion and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that this motion must be denied.

Claimant’s brief was due July 1, 2005. On July 11, 2005, claimant filed the present motion requesting a 14 day extension.

Correspondence from the Commission establishing the briefing schedule clearly states that “[a]ny extension request must be submitted in writingprior to the due date.” (Original emphasis.) Since claimant’s motion was untimely filed, it must be denied.

Accordingly, we find that claimant’s motion to extend the briefing schedule should be, and hereby is, denied.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
