ORDER
This matter is currently before the Commission on the claimant’s motion to extend the briefing schedule.
After our consideration of the claimant’s motion, claimant’s assurance that the parties are attempting to amicably settle this claim, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that the claimant’s motion should be granted. Accordingly, we find that the claimant’s motion to extend the briefing schedule should be, and hereby is, granted. Claimant is granted at least a 30 day extension Additionally, we direct the Clerk of the Commission to
