ORDER
This matter comes before the Full Commission on claimant’s Motion For Extension of Time. The record reveals that claimant previously received an extension on June 19, 2009 for a 30 day extension to file his brief on appeal. In correspondence from the Clerk of the Commission establishing a new briefing schedule, claimant’s brief was due on July 20, 2009. Claimant filed the present motion on July 20, 2009, requesting an additional extension of 30 days in order to continue settlement negotiations. Respondents did not file a response to claimant’s request for an extension of time. After reviewing claimant’s motion, and all other matters properly before this Commission, we find that

claimant’s motion should be granted.

Accordingly, we find that claimant’s motion to extend the briefing schedule should be, and hereby is, granted. Claimant is granted at least a 30 day extension. Additionally, we direct the Clerk of the Commission to establish a briefing schedule forthwith.
