The Full Commission, on its own motion, finds that a clerical error exists in the Opinion and Order filed June 17, 2011.

The dissenting Opinion reflects that the Full Commission affirmed and adopted the opinion of the Administrative Law Judge. The Full Commission finds that the dissenting Opinion should reflect that the Full Commission reversed the decision of the Administrative Law Judge. The Full Commission is authorized to correct clerical errors and this is a proper case for exercise of that authority. Ark. Code Ann. § 11-9-713(d) (Repl. 1996).

The Opinion and Order filed on June 17, 2011, is hereby modified only to include the change from “by affirming and adopting” to “reversing” in the dissenting opinion. In all other respects, the Opinion and Order shall remain the same and shall not be otherwise affected.
