This matter is currently before the Full Workers’ Compensation Commission on the Claimant’s Motion to Withdraw Cross-Appeal. The respondents have filed a response stating they have no objection.

After our consideration of the claimant’s motion, the respondents’ response thereto, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that the motion should be and is hereby granted. Accordingly, the claimant’s cross-appeal to the Full Commission in this case is hereby dismissed.
