ORDER
Comes on for consideration by the Full Commission, Respondent No. 2, Second Injury Fund’s, Motion to Set Separate Briefing Schedule. From the motion, lack of response by the claimant, the response from Respondent No. 1 stating that it had no objection to the Commission granting

the motion, and other matters of fact and law known or made known to the Full Commission, the Full Commission does find as follows:
1. Based upon the unusual sequence of factual events set forth in paragraphs one through six of Respondent No. 2’s Motion to Set Separate Briefing Schedule, the Commission finds that Respondent No. 2 shall be allowed to submit a reply brief to the claimant’s brief, should the claimant raise in its brief the wage-loss issue.
The Clerk of the Commission is hereby ordered to enter a revised briefing schedule requiring Respondent No. 2’s, Second Injury Fund’s, reply brief to the claimant’s brief to be filed no later than fifteen (15) days after the claimant’s brief is filed.
