ORDER
Presently before the Commission is the respondent’s Motion to Dismiss Appeal. After consideration of the respondent’s Motion and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that the respondent’s Motion must be and hereby is granted.

The respondent filed a timely notice of appeal from the Administrative Law Judge’s opinion filed January 9, 2009. In its Motion filed April 1, 2009, the respondent wishes to dismiss their appeal to the Full Commission.

Accordingly, we find that the respondent’s Motion should be and hereby is granted.
