ORDER
This matter comes before the Full Commission on claimant’s Motion For Extension of Time. After reviewing claimant’s motion, respondents agreement thereto, and all other matters properly before this Commission, we find that claimant’s motion should be granted.

After being granted a seven day extension to file his brief by the clerk of the Commission, the claimant’s brief was due on May 7, 2010. On May 7, 2010, claimant filed the present motion with the Commission for an extension of time to file his brief. We find that claimant’s motion to extend the briefing schedule should be,

and hereby is, granted. Claimant is granted an extension. Additionally, we direct the Clerk of the Commission to establish a briefing schedule forthwith.
