Before the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission
OPINION FILED DECEMBER 26, 2007

Upon review before the FULL COMMISSION in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.

ORDER
In the above-styled matter, the respondents appeal an administrative law judge’s order filed March 2, 2007. The administrative law judge ordered the respondents to provide payroll records and a copy of the “claim file” to the claimant’s attorney. The Full Commission denies the respondents’ appeal, because the administrative law judge’s order was not a final and appealable order. Lowery v. AN Electric, Workers’ Compensation Commission F701350 (Dec. 4, 2007), citing TEC v. Falkner, 38 Ark. App. 13, 827 S.W.2d 661 (1992).

Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 11-9-207(a)(5), the Full Commission finds that the administrative law judge is not entitled to review any portion of the respondents’ “claim file.” The Full Commission otherwise dismisses the respondents’ appeal.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
