ORDER
In the above-styled matter, the Court of Appeals has reversed in part the Full Commission’s opinion and has remanded on the issue of temporary total disability compensation. Bingle v. Quality Inn, No. CA04-1142 (Oct. 11, 2006).

In accordance with the Court’s remand, the Full Commission affirms the administrative law judge’s finding that the claimant proved she was entitled to temporary total disability from April 29, 2001 through April 15, 2003. The claimant’s attorney is entitled to fees for legal services as provided by Ark. Code Ann. § 11-9-715(a) (Repl. 1996). For prevailing in part on appeal to the Full Commission, the claimant’s attorney is entitled to an additional fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250), pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 11-9-715(b)(2) (Repl. 1996).
