ORDER
This matter is presently before the Full Commission on claimant’s Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief. After our consideration of claimant’s motion, respondents’ agreement thereto and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that claimant’s motion should be granted.

Claimant’s brief was originally due on January 12, 2009. Claimant filed this motion for extension on January 9,

2009, requesting an additional thirty-five days in which to file her brief. Neither Respondent has an objection to this extension. We find that claimant’s Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief should be, and hereby is granted.

The Clerk of the Commission is directed issue a new briefing schedule in accordance with this Order.
