Before the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission
ORDER FILED NOVEMBER 21, 1996

Upon review before the FULL COMMISSION, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.

Respondent represented by C. TIMOTHY SPAINHOUR, Attorney at Law, Little Rock, Arkansas.

[1] ORDER
[2] This matter comes on for review before the Full Commission on claimant’s motion to include Exhibit Number Three in its reduced size in the transcript. After giving due consideration to the motion, respondent’s lack of objection thereto, and all matters properly before the Commission, we find that claimant’s motion must be granted.

[3] On May 16, 1996, a hearing on the compensability of claimant’s alleged injury on June 13, 1995 was held before an Administrative Law Judge. During the hearing, claimant introduced Exhibit Number Three without objection. Exhibit Number Three consists of a diagram of a water tank. Due to the size of the exhibit, the Administrative Law Judge requested that the exhibit remain in the possession of the claimant’s attorney until the size of the exhibit could be reduced. Claimant has prepared a reduced size of Exhibit Number Three which is attached to claimant’s motion to include the reduced exhibit. The claimant asks that the reduced exhibit be included in the record. Respondent has filed no objection.

[4] We find that claimant’s motion to include the reduced size of Exhibit Number Three into the transcript for the purpose of claimant’s appeal is proper and should be and hereby is granted.

[5] IT IS SO ORDERED.
