ORDER
This case comes before the Full Commission on the motion of respondents’ attorney to withdraw as counsel and a substitute of counsel to Bud Roberts.

Pursuant to Commission Advisory 2003-2, all parties were advised of this motion, and no objections to the motion have been filed. Therefore, after reviewing the motion and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that the motion should be granted. The law offices of Bud Roberts are hereby substituted for Eric Newkirk as the respondents’ attorney of record.
