ORDER
This case comes on for review before the Full Commission on claimant’s Motion for an Extension of Time.
After consideration of claimant’s motion, respondents’ response thereto, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that the claimant’s motion should be granted. The claimant filed a Notice of Appeal from the Administrative Law Judge’s December 30, 2004, opinion on January 24, 2005. It does not appear from the file that the respondents were served with a copy of this Notice. A briefing schedule was established by the Clerk of the Commission on February 11, 2005. Pursuant to this schedule claimant’s brief became due on March 4, 2005. The claimant filed this Motion for an Extension of Time to file his brief on the last date to file a timely brief. Accordingly, we find that claimant’s motion was timely filed.
Therefore, we find that the claimant’s Motion for an Extension of Time should be, and hereby is, granted. We hereby direct the Clerk of the Commission to establish a briefing schedule forthwith.
