[2] This case comes on for review before the Commission on remand from the Arkansas Court of Appeals.

[3] In accordance with the mandate of the Arkansas Court of Appeals, we hereby remand this case to an Administrative Law Judge “to award the stipulated 25% permanent partial disability benefits,” and to conduct any proceedings necessary to determine the extent of any temporary total disability and medical benefits to which claimant may be entitled.
