[2] In the above-styled matter, the claimant has filed a Motion For Extension Of Time To File Brief.

[3] After considering the claimant’s motion, the respondents’ agreement thereto, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that the claimant has shown sufficient circumstances justifying extension.

[4] Accordingly, we find that the claimant’s motion should be, and hereby is, granted. We direct the Clerk of the Commission to establish another briefing schedule and submission date.

[5] IT IS SO ORDERED.
