ORDER
In the above-styled matter, the claimant’s attorney moves the Commission to allow her to withdraw as counsel for the claimant. The claimant’s attorney served the claimant with the Motion to Withdraw on April 8, 2002. In correspondence dated April 22, 2002, the Clerk of the Commission noted receipt of the Motion to Withdraw and advised the claimant to respond within ten (10) days if she objected to the motion. The claimant has not responded.

Based on the pleadings and all other matters properly before us, the Full Commission therefore finds that the Motion to Withdraw should be, and hereby is, granted.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
