From the motion, the failure of the claimant to file a response thereto, and other matters of law and fact known or made known to the Full Commission, the Full Commission finds as follows:

1. For the reasons stated in the motion to dismiss the claimant’s appeal the Commission finds that the claimant’s appeal was untimely. The claimant’s appeal is therefore dismissed.
