ORDER
This matter comes on for review before the Commission on claimant’s Motion to Dismiss Appeal.

With no objections from respondents, considering that the claimant is the party who filed an appeal and no cross-appeals have been filed, we find that claimant’s motion should be granted, and the claimant’s appeal to the Full Commission should be dismissed.

Accordingly, we find that claimant’s Motion to Dismiss Appeal should be, and hereby is, granted.
