[2] This matter comes before the Full Commission on the joint motion of the claimant and the respondents for reconsideration of the Full Commission’s order dated February 3, 1997. In that order, we remanded this claim to the administrative law judge to settle the record.

[3] After giving due consideration to the joint motion of the parties, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that the motion for reconsideration must be, and hereby is, denied. [4] IT IS SO ORDERED.
