[2] This matter is presently before the Commission on Claimant’s Motion for Extension of Briefing Schedule. After reviewing claimant’s Motion, which indicates respondent has no objection, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that claimant has established good cause for the requested Extension. Therefore, we find that Claimant’s Motion for Extension of Briefing Schedule must be, and hereby is granted. Additionally, we direct the Clerk of the Commission to establish another briefing schedule forthwith. [3] IT IS SO ORDERED. [4] _______________________________
