ORDER
This matter is currently before the Commission on the claimant’s motion for an extension to file brief. After reviewing claimant’s motion, respondents no. 1’s agreement thereto, and all other matters properly before this Commission, we find that claimant’s motion should be granted.
After being granted a one week extension to file her brief by the clerk of the Commission, the claimant’s brief was due on June 1, 2010. On May 28, 2010, claimant filed the present motion with the Commission for an extension of time to file her brief.

We find that claimant’s motion to extend the briefing schedule should be, and hereby is, granted. Claimant is granted an extension. Additionally, we direct the Clerk of the Commission to establish a briefing schedule forthwith.
