[2] This matter comes before the Full Commission for review of an order of dismissal dated March 20, 1998. After conducting our review, we find that the March 20, 1998, order of dismissal must be vacated and this case remanded to an administrative law judge for disposition of the respondents’ motion to dismiss in accordance with Ark. Code Ann. § 11-9-702(a)(4) (Repl. 1996). [3] IT IS SO ORDERED.
