Before the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission
ORDER FILED JULY 3, 1996
Upon review before the FULL COMMISSION in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
Claimant represented by ROLAND E. DARROW, Attorney at Law, Little Rock, Arkansas.
Respondents represented by MICHAEL PICKENS, Attorney at Law, Little Rock, Arkansas.
[1] ORDER
[2] This case comes on for review before the Commission on respondent’s motion to substitute Granite State Insurance Company for Liberty Mutual Insurance Group as the employer’s compensation carrier.
[3] After consideration of respondent’s motion, Granite State Insurance Company’s agreement thereto and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that the motion should be granted.
[4] Additionally, Liberty Mutual Insurance Group has requested that Granite State Insurance Company reimburse it for attorney’s fees paid counsel hired by Liberty Mutual Insurance Group to defend this case. Granite State Insurance Company has objected. However, counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Group indicates that a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge may be necessary to resolve this issue. Therefore, we decline to address it at this time.
[5] Accordingly, we find that the motion of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group to substitute Granite State Insurance Company as the workers’ compensation carrier should be, and hereby is, granted.
[6] IT IS SO ORDERED.
