CLAIM NO. E408153

DAVID R. CROCKER, EMPLOYEE, CLAIMANT v. WACO MANUFACTURING, INC., EMPLOYER, RESPONDENT and LIBERTY MUTUAL INSURANCE GROUP, INSURANCE CARRIER, RESPONDENT

Before the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission
ORDER FILED MAY 17, 1996

Upon review before the FULL COMMISSION in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.

Claimant represented by ROLAND E. DARROW, Attorney at Law, Little Rock, Arkansas.

Respondents represented by MICHAEL PICKENS, Attorney at Law, Little Rock, Arkansas.

[1] ORDER
[2] This case comes on for review before the Commission on respondent’s motion for substitution of parties.

[3] In an opinion filed June 29, 1995, an Administrative Law Judge found that claimant sustained a compensable injury and awarded certain benefits. Respondent filed a timely appeal to the Commission. Respondent has now filed a motion to substitute Granite State Insurance Company for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company as the employer’s compensation carrier. However, it does not appear that Granite State Insurance Company has ever been notified by the Commission that a claim has been filed for which it might be liable, has not been asked to state a response concerning the claim and has not been notified by the Commission that Liberty Mutual Insurance Company has filed a motion for substitution of carriers. Accordingly, we direct the Clerk of the Commission to make such notifications to Granite State Insurance Company and/or American International Group.

[4] IT IS SO ORDERED
