[1] ORDER[2] This case comes on for review before the Commission on a motion filed by claimant, through her attorney, Jay Tolley, which is styled “Motion to Intervene,” asserting that Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield should, in essence, be forced to intervene in this claim. [3] After consideration of claimant’s motion, the objection filed by Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that this motion should be denied. [4] Accordingly, we find that claimant’s motion to compel Blue Cross Blue Shield to intervene should be, and hereby is, denied. [5] IT IS SO ORDERED.
