ORDER
Presently before the Commission is Respondents’ Motion to Dismiss Appeal. After consideration of Respondents’ Motion, claimant’s response thereto and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that Respondents’ motion, must be and hereby is granted.
Respondents filed a notice of appeal from the Administrative Law Judge’s opinion filed January 30, 2007. In its motion filed May 11, 2007, respondents advised that they have agreed to accept the Opinion of the Administrative Law Judge and initiate benefits pursuant to the opinion.
Accordingly, respondents filed the present motion to dismiss their appeal to the Full

Commission. In a letter dated May 16, 2007, counsel for claimant advised that the claimant has no objection to the respondents’ motion to dismiss the appeal.
Accordingly, we find that respondents’ motion should be and hereby is granted.
