This matter comes on before the Full Commission on Claimant’s Motion for Extension of Time to File their Brief. Claimant’s brief was due to be filed on August 8, 2008 but filed this request for an extension on August 1, 2008. Respondent does not object to this request.

Therefore, after considering claimant’s request for an extension of time in which to file a brief, no objection by Respondent and all other matters properly before the Full Commission, we hereby grant this request for an extension.
