[2] This case comes on for review before the Commission on respondent’s motion for recovery of costs.

[3] After our consideration of respondent’s motion, claimant’s failure to respond thereto and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that respondent’s motion should be granted. [4] In a mandate dated August 23, 1995, the Arkansas Court of Appeals affirmed the Commission’s denial of benefits. Additionally, the court determined that claimant was liable for $75.00 in costs associated with respondent’s brief on appeal. Respondent’s motion requests that the Commission file an order directing claimant to pay the costs assessed by the court. [5] Therefore, in accordance with the mandate by the Arkansas Court of Appeals, we hereby direct claimant to pay respondent $75.00 in costs assessed by the court. [6] IT IS SO ORDERED.
