ORDER
This case comes on for review before the Commission on remand from the Arkansas Supreme Court.

In an opinion delivered November 8, 2001, the Arkansas Supreme Court reversed the opinion of the Full Commission and remanded this case to the Commission for findings consistent with the Court’s interpretation of Ark. Code Ann. § 11-9-102(4)(A)(i) and (4)(D) (Supp. 2001). The Full Commission previously affirmed and adopted the findings of the Administrative Law Judge. We hereby remand this matter to the Administrative Law Judge for findings consistent with the opinion of the Arkansas Supreme.
