[1] ORDER
[2] This matter comes on before the Full Commission on remand from the Arkansas Court of Appeals. In its May 18, 1994 opinion, CA93-825, the Arkansas Court of Appeals reversed the previous order of this Commission, found this claim to be compensable, and remanded for an award of appropriate benefits.

[3] The Administrative Law Judge that originally heard this case is no longer an Administrative Law Judge for this Commission; therefore, we are unable to remand the matter to him. Accordingly, we remand this case to our Chief Administrative Law Judge with directions that he either conduct the necessary hearings and enter the necessary orders on remand or that he assign this matter to the proper Administrative Law Judge using the normal rotation process that has been established by the Clerk of the Commission.

[4] IT IS SO ORDERED.
