ORDER
This matter is presently before the Full Commission on Respondents’ Motion to Dismiss Appeal. After our consideration of the respondents’ Motion, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that Respondents’ Motion to Dismiss should be granted.

The Administrative Law Judge issued an opinion on October 6, 2008. Respondents filed a notice of appeal on November 7, 2008. Respondent no longer desires to appeal the decision of the Administrative Law Judge and has accepted the award. Accordingly, we find that Respondents Motion to Dismiss Appeal should be and hereby is granted.
