[2] This matter comes on for review by the Full Commission on Respondent’s Motion to Dismiss Appeal and to Affirm the Decision of the Administrative Law Judge. After reviewing respondent’s motion and claimant’s response thereto, we find that claimant has failed to submit a timely brief. Therefore, no brief on behalf of claimant will be considered by the Full Commission. However, we do not grant Respondent’s Motion to Dismiss. The Full Commission has denovo review and the matter will be considered based upon a review of the entire record.
