[1] OPINION AND ORDER
[2] This case comes on for review before the Commission on remand from the Arkansas Court of Appeals.

[3] In an opinion delivered January 14, 1998, the Court reversed the Commission’s award of benefits for a permanent anatomical impairment of 4% to the body as a whole. The Court found that claimant failed to prove physical or anatomical impairment by objective and measurable physical findings.

[4] In accordance with the opinion of the Arkansas Court of Appeals, we hereby find that claimant has failed to prove by a preponderance of the evidence that she is entitled to any benefits for permanent anatomical impairment.

[5] IT IS SO ORDERED.
