This matter is currently before the Full Workers’ Compensation Commission on the claimant’s Motion to Withdraw Appeal. The respondent’s have filed a response stating they have no objection and move to withdraw their cross-appeal.

After our consideration of the claimant’s motion, the respondents’ response thereto, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that the motion should be and is hereby granted. Accordingly, the claimant’s appeal and the respondent’s cross-appeal to the Full Commission is this case are hereby dismissed.
