ORDER

The claimant in the above-styled matter moves the Full Commission to dismiss her appeal to the Court of Appeals. Since the claimant moves for dismissal, the respondents request that the Full Commission dismiss their cross-appeal. The record has not been docketed with the Court of Appeals, and both parties petition for dismissal; therefore, the Commission has authority to dismiss the appeal and cross-appeal. See, Ark. R. App. P. Rule 3 (b); InRe Arkansas Rules of Appellate Procedure, 296 Ark. 580, 756 S.W.2d LXXV (1998). The Full Commission grants the parties’ motions for dismissal.
