[1] ORDER
[2] The Full Commission, on its own motion, finds that errors exist in dates in the opinion and order filed October 6, 1995. In addition, the Full Commission finds that it is authorized to correct clerical errors at any time under Ark. Code Ann. § 11-9-713(d) (1987) and that this is a proper case for exercise of that authority.
[4] WHEREFORE, the Commission amends the sentence on page 3, line 3 to read as follows:The claimant was employed as a nurse’s aide, and she sustained a compensable back injury on May 20, 1993.
[5] WHEREFORE, the Commission amends the sentence on page 3, line 13 to read as follows:In this regard, on direct examination, Ms. Rogers testified that the respondent employer generally made jobs available such as “[f]eeding the patients, taking temperature, blood pressure, trimming their fingernails, doing inventory of their clothing, passing ice,” but no testimony was present regarding the specific duties that were offered to the claimant on June 8, 1993.
[6] The October 6, 1995, opinion and order is hereby amended only in these regards, nunc pro tunc from the date of that opinion. In all other respects, the said opinion shall remain the same and shall not be otherwise affected. [7] IT IS SO ORDERED.Due to the problems she was experiencing, the claimant saw Dr. Young on June 9, 1993, at the emergency room, and he restricted her to bed rest.
