This matter comes on for review before the Commission on respondents’ Motion to Dismiss Notice of Appeal to the Full Commission.
Respondents filed a Notice of Appeal to the Full Commission. Respondents now request that this Notice of Appeal be dismissed.
After due consideration of the respondents’ motion and as the claimant and the respondent have now jointly stipulated to

dismiss the appeal, we find that respondents’ Motion to Dismiss Notice of Appeal should be granted.
Accordingly, we find that respondents’ Motion to Dismiss Notice of Appeal to the Full Commission should be, and hereby is, granted.
