CLAIM NO. G006583

ROBERTO JARAMILLO, EMPLOYEE CLAIMANT v. SYSTEMS CONTRACTING CORP., SELF-INSURED EMPLOYER RESPONDENT INTEGRATED CLAIMS MANAGEMENT, INSURANCE CARRIER RESPONDENT

Before the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission
ORDER FILED JULY 13, 2011

Upon review before the FULL COMMISSION in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.

Claimant represented by the HONORABLE BILL BRACEY, JR., Attorney at Law, Blytheville, Arkansas.

Respondent represented by the HONORABLE MICHAEL E. RYBURN, Attorney at Law, Little Rock, Arkansas.

NUNC PRO TUNC
The Full Commission, on its own motion, finds that a clerical error exists in our opinion filed July 11, 2011. The Full Commission’s opinion states on page 10, “While the claimant did prove that he sustained an accidental injury causing physical harm to his back, neck, ribs, knees, or left shoulder, the claimant did not prove he sustained an injury to his back, neck, ribs, knees, or left shoulder which arose out of and in the course of employment, required medical services, or resulted in disability.”

The Full Commission is authorized to correct clerical errors and this is a proper case for exercise of that authority. Ark. Code Ann. § 11-9-713(d) (Repl. 2002). We modify the July 11, 2011 opinion to state the following: “The claimant did not prove that he sustained an accidental injury causing physical harm to his back, neck, ribs, knees, or left shoulder, and the claimant did not prove he sustained an injury to his back, neck, ribs, knees, or left shoulder which arose out of and in the course of employment, required medical services, or resulted in disability.”

All other findings and conclusions in our July 11, 2011 opinion, including the Full Commission’s finding that the claimant did not prove he sustained a compensable injury to his back, neck, ribs, knees, or left shoulder, shall remain in effect.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
